Acres Less than 1 acre: $489 base. 1 acre or more: $500 per acre with a $750 minimum. Applicable fees are added separately. Fence Status Temporary fencing is disclosed and billed per linear foot. Temporary Fence Needed (linear feet) Default rate: $2.50 per linear foot. Enter 0 if no temporary fencing is required. Water Access If water is not available on site, a water service fee is added. Transparent Weed Control Pricing

Backyard service under 1 acre is $489 plus applicable fees. Properties of 1 acre or more are $500 per acre with a $750 minimum, plus applicable fees. Brush density, terrain, temporary fencing, water service, toxic plant removal, mileage, and any selected specialty services are shown separately below before you agree.

Backyard under 1 acre: $489 base plus applicable fees.
1 acre or more: $500/acre with a $750 minimum, plus applicable fees.
Brush density: Standard 0%; Dense +15%; Heavy woody brush +25%; Briars/difficult cut-in +35%.
Terrain: Flat 0%; Moderate +15%; Steep +20%; Severe/cliff +25%.
Temporary fencing: $2.50 per linear foot when needed.
Non-standard terrain fencing: Moderate, steep, severe, or cliff/specialized terrain adds $1.00 per linear foot to the temporary fencing charge because additional anchoring, handling, and setup may be required.
No on-site water: $75 water-hauling setup plus $50/acre.
Toxic plant removal: $125/hour, one-hour minimum when removal is required.
Goat planning: Approximately 13 goats per acre, with a minimum estimated herd of 13 goats.
Trailer capacity: Up to 36 goats per trip.
Additional trips: More than 36 goats requires extra trips. Each additional trip adds $25 plus the normal mileage charge for that trip.
Mileage: Calculated from the property distance using the mileage schedule and multiplied by the number of required livestock trips.
Predator disclosure: There is no automatic predator surcharge. If the customer fails to disclose a known predator hazard and that negligent nondisclosure causes animal injury or loss, the customer may be responsible for documented veterinary, recovery, or fair replacement costs to the extent permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law.

Number of Baby Goats Choose how many baby goats you want. Larger rentals may receive an automatic discount if enabled by staff.
