How the Estimate Works

Under 1 acre: $489 base.
1 acre or more: $500 per acre with a $750 minimum.
Additional charges: only when applicable for mileage, temporary fencing, no on-site water, difficult terrain, or heavier brush.
Final review: staff confirm unusual hazards or specialty work before the agreement is issued.

Baby Goat Rental Agreement

I have reviewed the estimated rental charges above, including the number of baby goats, transportation and staff time. I understand baby goats are young live animals: an adult will supervise children at all times; guests will wash their hands after touching the goats; the goats will only eat food provided by Utah Refugee Goats; they will have shade, water and a safe, enclosed area; and I am responsible for loss of or injury to the goats caused by my guests while they are in my care. If I pick the goats up myself, I will show photo identification and return them at the agreed time. Farm Visit Agreement

I have reviewed the visit pricing above. I understand every adult visitor signs the Utah Refugee Goats visitor waiver and a parent or guardian signs for each child; children stay with their own adults at all times; visitors follow staff instructions, wear closed-toe shoes, feed animals only when staff allow it and wash their hands after touching animals; and anyone who has recently been on another livestock or poultry farm tells staff before arriving. Visits may be moved for weather, animal health or safety. Staff will confirm the date, group size and final price.You must check this box before submitting the request.

Volunteer Acknowledgement

I understand volunteering with Utah Refugee Goats is unpaid and is not employment. Before working I will complete the required safety training and sign the volunteer waiver. I will follow staff instructions and the animal-handling and biosecurity rules, and tell staff about any health condition or allergy that affects my safety. Volunteers under 18 need signed permission from a parent or guardian. Staff will contact me to confirm a schedule.You must check this box before submitting the request.

Partnership Inquiry Acknowledgement

I understand this is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. Any partnership, sponsorship, or use of the Utah Refugee Goats name or logo needs a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of both sides.
