How the Estimate Works

Under 1 acre: $489 base.
1 acre or more: $500 per acre with a $750 minimum.
Additional charges: only when applicable for mileage, temporary fencing, no on-site water, difficult terrain, or heavier brush.
Final review: staff confirm unusual hazards or specialty work before the agreement is issued.
